Internetics as a scientific and educational discipline: social and philosophical discourse

Abstract: The article deals with the complex methodological and scientific-methodological problems of formation of a new discipline "internetics" grew out of a new interdisciplinary areas of research, provides data about the content, object and subject of the research area, the aims and objectives of the new object. The main aim of the discipline as a internetics authors see the transformation of the ontological status of the individual student from a passive object of advanced technologies in the global information network of its free and active subject.

Also in the context of a training course explores the relation between the system of knowledge and its internal clarity, the importance of this aspect in learning new material, emphasizes the ratio of strength and flexibility of their system knowledge - clarity.

The article highlights the idea that the real efficiency and stable performance interactive scientific activities in the Internet reach only after the development of a system of interconnected specialized basic concepts and techniques, and the use of tools.

The possibility of resolution of the contradictions that arise in the complicated process of contact and interaction with the human, technical, virtual-network, preventing the effective self-identity on the web. Justifying the importance of methodological fixing a new type of personality forming and self-fulfilling themselves in the network - ie. called. "Intermen."

Substantiates the objective necessity of strict methodical allocation of the theoretical and practical (application) internetics allowing to build the learning process according to the deductive method.

The conclusion is that the individual traffic Intermen (ITI) is an important methodological aspect of the study of the nature of scientific information activity, which is the basis of the researchers stated goals and objectives.
