Cognitive creativity in terms of cognitive practices

Abstract: In the article transition from viewing creativeness as mentalist phenomenon to considering an-thropological, existential and socio-cultural foundations of cognitive creativity is described. The article shows relationship between creativity and cognitive system of a man. Cognitive creativity is rooted in social and ontological layers of creativity. Cognitive creativity revealed as a person's ability to transform social ontology. It is a manifestation of the underlying cognitive foundations in the man himself. The article highlights anthropological, cognitive, existential and social conditions that allow a human to liberate the power and ability to transform the reality.

It is shown that the introduction of cognitive creativity reveals the ontological and socio-ontological aspect of software design. The article shows the relationship between anthropological, existential, and genetically bases of autochthonal cognitive creativity with its profound rootedness in social and cultural.

Social functionality opens up a new dimension of cognitive creativity - dimension of social ontology. Social functionality characterizes qualitative change to the world of social systems and interactions. The world of cognitive creativity implemented in software enters the system of social and public needs as the implementation of social relations and social communications.

The author described a new way for a social change through development of cognitive practices, theoretical and methodological advances and development of cognitive creativity.
